Constellation Cannabis is hiring in our garden.

We are in need of a hard-working and dedicated person that wants to be part of a team. Ideally, you have experience as a dishwasher, line cook, or doing manual labor. You show up ready to work, learn on the job, and take pride in what you do. We can teach the rest.

Ideal Candidate

• Has no cannabis experience
• Has a strong work ethic and wants to learn about commercial horticulture
• Must be 21 or older to work at Constellation
• Can start within two weeks of accepting an offer
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long hours without needing breaks

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean, clean, clean – this is a big part of the job
• Sanitize and organize equipment
• Assist with canopy management, specifically: big leaf and trellis
• Assist with harvesting
• Assist with cloning and transplanting

Pay & Benefits

• We are offering $13 to $15 an hour based on work history and skills
• Opportunity for pay bump after 90 days
• Eligible for medical, dental and vision after 90 days
• Eligible for PTO after 90 days
