Afterglow is looking to hire a full-time cultivation assistant to help with our daily operations related to growing cannabis. Previous cultivation experience is preferred, but not required.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Installing trellis
• Training plants
• Helping with harvest and cleaning grow rooms between crops
• Pruning plants
• Cloning plants
• General farm labor
• Cleaning
• Moving plants
• Harvesting

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift 50 Lbs
• HIghly self motivated
• Detailed
• Fast learner
• Organized
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment preferred
• Minimum of 21 years old
• GED or Diploma
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

COVID-19 considerations:

• Hand Sanitizer, Gloves, and Masks provided, Surfaces cleaned multiple times daily with alcohol

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Shift Availability: Day Shift 5am – 1:30pm
