Alpha Genesis is a Tier 3 recreational cannabis producer/processor based in Arlington, WA. We are currently looking to bring in a new Packaging and Order Fulfillment Manager to help us keep up with our growing demand. Pay is DOE but will start between 18 and 22 per hour with a performance review after 90 days. Job Duties, Requirements, and Benefits listed below.
Requirements
Must be 21 or Older
Clean Driving Record
Drivers License
2 years experience in a Packaging or Order Fulfillment position
2 years experience in a Management position
GED or Diploma
Experience in the cannabis industry a plus
Job Duties
Supervising and Delegating tasks to a crew of 4-5 people
Pulling orders and organizing them to be labeled and packed for delivery.
Filling in with Packaging Flower, Concentrates, and Cartridges as needed
Communicating with Operations Director when Products get low
Maintaining Packaging Inventory and communicating with Operations Director when more is needed
