Bud Hut is a i502 store in the Snohomish area looking to expand our team. As a budtender, you’ll spend your time serving customers, checking in deliveries, stocking and organizing product, and working closely with a team. Availability Friday/Saturday/Sunday is essential.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Must model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our customer’s expectations by providing quality products
• Must be willing to assist in driving sales and customer experience by maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and well merchandised store environment
• Must have knowledge of our products
• Must be willing to research and learn about the products we sell
• Must stay current on industry-specific laws and proposed legislature
• Must have the ability to keep a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating at a high standard
• Must have integrity, and be responsible, reliable, hardworking and committed
• Must have proper hygiene and follow company dress code
• Must have exceptional customer service skills, and strong attention to detail
• Will be accountable for accurately utilizing the point of sale system
• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked, and store presence is well maintained
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
• Complete all duties as assigned by store management
