Kushman’s seeks Store Manager in Mukilteo
The Kushmans’ Store Manager should be driven to ensure excellent customer service to our customers and vendors while maintaining full comprehension and enforcement of the WSLCB laws and regulations. The Store
Manager should have a passion for the cannabis industry and value training and mentoring the staff to be successful.

Responsibilities
– Ensure excellent customer service during all operating hours
– Know, train and hold staff accountable for all WCLCB rules and regulations
– Coach and mentor staff to success through training and appropriately holding staff accountable
– Document coaching and corrective actions
– Maintain good vendor relations
– Effectively communicate store and staff needs to GM and Owner
– Ensure inventory accuracy though training and regular audits
– Support the Inventory Manager by complying with requests, maintaining a clean and functional inventory and maintaining organized invoice, test results and sample files
– Distribute Vendor and Educational samples to staff appropriately
– Manage and approve time clock punches for staff daily
– Manage scheduling and labor
– Verify daily deposits and report appropriately
– Maintain a welcoming, clean and organized store atmosphere
– Keep all display cases well-organized, up to date and easy to follow
– Be a good example to the staff
– Process Returns and send report to Inventory Manager weekly
– Check Leafly Menu for accuracy and functionality daily
Qualifications and Requirements
– 2+ Years I502 Recreational Cannabis Experience
– 5+ years Cannabis industry experience
– 2+ Years successful management experience
– Significant cash handling experience
– Ability to coach, mentor and hold employees accountable
– 21 or older
– Knowledge and experience using Greenbits, LeafData and other industry software
– Inventory management experience
– Microsoft Office Proficiency
– Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
