The job duties, skills, and background of a Production and Packaging Technician include, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Duties:

  • Fulfill and label orders under the supervision of the General Manager
  • Closely follow standard operating procedures and product specifications
  • Possess and utilize excellent communication, attention to detail, computer, and math skills
  • Help prepare order packing lists and manifests
  • Assist in updating product traceability
  • Assist with product packaging
  • Operate multiple product manufacturing lines under the supervision of the General Manager and Chief Science Officer
  • Maintain a clean and safe work space
  • Help prepare production samples for QA/QC
  • Assist in updating product and ingredient inventories
  • Prepare product orders including all manifest and transport information

Required Capabilities:

  • Excellent manual dexterity

Knowledge and Experience:

  • The position requires attention to detail and avoidance of errors
  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location:

  • One location

Hours per week:

  • 30-39

Typical start time:

  • 7AM

  • 4PM
