Ionic seeks Production Lead: Confection, Baking, Liquids in Sedro-Woolley

A Sedro Woolley based Washington State Cannabis and CBD processor is seeking an experienced individual to be the production lead for the infused edible operations.

Collaboration with procurement director on production output, materials and packaging supplies, and “team player” in continuous tracking of various output and statistics and edibles production planning would be approximately 25-30% of the job. May require commute to Tacoma, WA (per diem provided) when working with management team.

This position will be primarily production floor based, responsible for the following:

· batch quality control

· Materials Inventory management

· pre-production batch preparation

· lead operator on production runs

· maintenance of the Standard Operating Procedures logs

· weekly reporting to Management

The ideal candidate will have factory lead experience with a good understanding of ingredients and processes used in confections or other snack food operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
