For this position we are looking for candidates that are hard working and self motivated. You will be expected to lift up to 100 lbs, use ladders and power tools. Be able to work as a team to harvest cannabis plants, care for the plants as they grow, clean out the planting rooms and prepare them for the next rotation. You will also be responsible for the safety and daily operations of the warehouse. We are looking for people with a construction background and good work ethic.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform order fulfillment duties such as picking, staging, checking, wrapping, labeling, and replenishing
• Perform order receiving duties
• Load/unload vehicles
• Review paperwork and counts to ensure accuracy
• Perform required pre-inspections of all equipment on a daily basis and complete required reports
• Maintain and protect all company property entrusted to you in excellent condition
• Perform duties and tasks in a manner consistent with company culture
• Maintain constructive working relationships
• Miscellaneous tasks and duties, as assigned

• Must pass a background check
• Knowledge of safe operational practices

• Strong problem solving/analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour
