Clear Choice Cannabis seeks Retail Store Manager in Bremerton

Clear Choice Cannabis is looking for a self-motivated individual that possesses strong work ethics, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and coachability to manage the Clear Choice Cannabis, Bremerton location. A successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, motivate staff and uphold company policies. The best candidates have a background in financial planning and retail management with strong leadership abilities and teambuilding skills. The store manager answers directly to the General Manager and is expected to reach out for support in times of uncertainty. This is a full-time salary position.


  • Maintaining a customer service-centric professional work environment with focus on providing a positive customer experience
  • Motivating and encouraging staff to focus on the customer experience and backing them up in providing it
  • Analyzing the labor needs of the business and scheduling staff based on those needs
  • Managing the violation (progressive discipline) system to keep track and notify when policy is broken
  • Conducting reviews, both introductory and annually for all staff members working under this position
  • Organizing and delivering all-staff meeting every other month and lead meetings monthly
  • Directing workflow of the staff and coaching for productivity
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintaining proper inventory levels and completing merchandise intake
  • Organizing and conduction inventory audits
  • Reports severe misconduct or emergencies to HR and upper management immediately
  • Submitting daily summaries of daily operations
  • Managing the medical department to ensure compliance with all state laws


  • 3 – 5 years of retail and retail management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
  • Strong customer service, management and communication skills


  • Ability to work nights, weekend and holidays as well as be on-call for emergency situations

  • Ability to build relationships with peers, cross-functional counterparts, and upper management: They are committed to helping others be successful

  • Helpful, courteous approach to resolving customer complaints, exuding outstanding customer service
  • Ability to verify age by checking various forms of identification including foreign passports and foreign IDs
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to dress professionally, maintain personal hygiene, and meet all dress code requirements
  • Exceptional math skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to stand, walk quickly, squat, sit, lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and use a hand truck
  • Work for up to a 10-hour shift (with breaks) standing on feet, in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,082.00 – $60,000.00 per year
