7 Point Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a passionate operation’s professional to join our I502 cannabis company.

We currently have an opening for a Cultivation Production Manager at our I502 farm in Elma, WA. The Cultivation Production Manager will develop and ensure the achievement of production goals related to plant health, operational efficiency, and ensure overall system excellence, in conjunction with 7Point Growers and the Building Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead facility supervisors through active coaching
  • Actively engages with employees on the production floor on a regular basis
  • Facilitate communication and develop a shared vision within the team
  • Proactively develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with and between all departments
  • Proposes & assists in capacity planning, hiring, and training methods for production staff
  • Develop and ensure production follows appropriate workflow and methods
  • Take a process view towards problem solving and improvements
  • Promote health and safety initiatives to improve employee welfare
  • Have an understanding of the broader business and make decisions that benefit the organization
  • Ensure success of factory execution to short term objectives and build capability for greater future success

Required skills/experience:

  • Preferably two to four years related experience directly managing a team
  • Experience or exposure to the green industry (agriculture or horticulture). Ability to work with a high level of independence.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including periodic weekends
  • Able to interact and work all levels within the company and with third parties, such as colleagues from other subsidiaries, suppliers, academic partners and other related parties
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and written in English
  • Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours
  • Must be 21 years of age and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to train cultivation staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Education:
