Shawn Kemp’s Cannabis is seeking a Full and Part-Time position as Budtenders.

Requirement for all positions…. Candidates MUST be team-oriented and have a positive, can-do attitude. You must also be a solution-based thinker that is organized and results-driven. You must be flexible in their availability and punctual in you attendance.

Duties:

  • Adhere to all company service and operating standards
  • Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Warmly greet each customer as they enter the store
  • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling store and store property; access points; permitting entry
  • Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Answer customer questions regarding marijuana products
  • Make recommendations to customers to help achieve desired results
  • Complete sale for customer
  • Maintain accuracy of sales transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness of store
  • Refer any customer complaints to management
  • Perform all tasks as directed by management

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate using marijuana terms to both new and experienced customers
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Surveillance skills
  • Deals with uncertainty, judgement, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, safety management, professionalism, and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing rules and policies
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Must be a team player

Requirements:

  • Friendly with excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of strains and effects of cannabis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Pay: $15/ hr + tips

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
