Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Sell cannabis and cannabis-related products
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain a high ticket average
* Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
* Maintain flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, days, and times
* Maintain and enhance product and industry knowledge and skills
* Ensure I-502 Compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Be at least 21 years of age
* Professional appearance
* Friendly, outgoing and personable
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to operate a computer POS
* Ability to effectively perform job duties with minimal direct supervision
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Strong self-starter with the ability to stay on task despite disruption or distraction
* Ability to speak and write English clearly and correctly, minimum level 6 ESL
* Able to pass a background check and character reference
* Live within reasonable commuting distance of our location
