Alpha Genesis is a recreational cannabis farm based out of Arlington WA. We are currently looking to hire a packaging associate to help maintain packaged inventory and back-stock, as well as fill in when needed for order fulfillment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Weighing and Packaging Cannabis concentrates

Weighing and Packaging Cannabis Flower

Order Fulfillment – including but not limited to pulling orders, labeling all packages, verifying transport manifests, and checking completed orders prior to delivery.

Packaging Cartridge products

Requirements include:

Attention to detail

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable Transportation

Ability to take and follow directions without constant supervision.

Availability from Monday-Friday with the potential of occasional Saturdays depending on Workload.

Must be familiar with different forms of cannabis concentrates and flower products

Minimum 1 year Experience working in Cannabis Production or 2 years of experience in Cannabis Retail

Pay is DOE with a review after 90 days. 7 days of PTO offered after 6 months of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
