Clutch Cannabis is hiring!

MUST be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday’s & evenings. Part time (16-24hrs) or full time (32+) available for the right fit.
Qualifying candidates will be called in for brief interviews with longer, follow up interviews to follow.
Responsibilities:
Focused sales & impeccable money handling skills.
Sensibly able to navigate customers’ needs with ease.
Strong communication skills, extensive product knowledge & a passion for cannabis culture and the community.
Able to juggle side-work, projects, phone calls and attend to the issues at hand, while providing excellent service & undivided attention to all customers equally. (A non judgmental and open genuine & kind attitude under pressure, is a must.)
Having confidence, humility and the ability to transform negative attitudes into a positive and fun work space is highly valued!
Qualifications:
A background in sales and/or high volume customer service field required.
Familiarity with strains and specific product knowledge highly desirable and/or sufficiently motivated and able to absorb menu/strains, genetics, flavor profiles, prices, brands, seed breeders, etc.
Two years of college or equivalent. Three years retail sales experiences.
Required:
Must be 21 years old
Have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have a flexible schedule. Ability to pick up extra shifts is highly valued.
Desired Skills:
Have high integrity and ethical standards.
Have good diplomatic skills; including strong conflict-resolution skills.
Is computer literate with basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity of general POS software.
Abilities:
Ability to communicate well with a variety of clientele.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients, and outside contacts from a wide variety of ethnic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
Ability to follow through on assigned tasks to assure completion in a timely manner.
Ability to prioritize demands, field phone calls and respond to frequent customer requests.
Ability to prioritize workload and activities in a fast-paced environment without error or lack of efficiency.
Ability to learn and operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
