Cannabis Farm looking for Human Resources Generalist to help build and establish good working practices and team oriented environment. Will be responsible for handling employee issues, inter-personal conflicts, and complaints and resolving them in a manner that creates a positive work culture. You will report and work direclty with the CEO to solidify existing processes into SOP’s and evaluate existing state of the business and the team to create new processes to help the company excel and expand. Small, scaling business with 25-30 employees, so candidate must be capable of wearing many hats and helping in all areas as needed.
Process Payroll utilizing Time Cards. Including all related items like child support payments or garnishments.
Order entry into quickbooks for price Validation.
Hiring new employees and filling out all related paperwork.
Adjusting new hire onboarding SOP
Employee performance reviews.
Employee write-ups and corrective action plans.
Attendance Policy tracking and implementation
Creating, Implementing, and Managing Safety, Health, OSHA, and other related compliance standards. Such as pesticide storage and disposal requirements, lock out/tag out, OSHA MSDS, safety trainings, etc.
Creating Payments to vendors and ordering inventory as needed.
Other Responsibilities as required in support of HR and Operations.
