Solstice seeks Inventory Management Associate in Seattle

Solstice was the first commercial supplier of cannabis to the medical cannabis industry in 2011 and home to the first fully permitted large-scale cannabis production and processing facility in Washington. In 2015 we transitioned into the recreational market and are now a leading cannabis company in Washington State.

We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Inventory Management Associate.

This position administers inventory management through receiving material, receiving/creating manifests, material transfers, inventory tracking, cycle counting and physical inventories.

Inventory Management Associate Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:

  • Maintain the existing inventory room through consistent physical counts and maneuvering of inventory bins/totes
  • Receiving all incoming material from internal and external farms
  • Data entry for all incoming/outgoing material using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Data entry and management within our Operating System Cultivera
  • Cycling inventory to follow a FIFO system
  • Updating shelving ledgers to reflect the shelving contents
  • Assisting in general Operations during slow periods across the day/week

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years old
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry
  • Professional appearance and proper personal hygiene
  • Comfortable/ability to work in cold environments (~60 degrees F)
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, startup environment and changing tasks/projects on a routine basis
  • Previous warehouse labor experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Environment will consist of office, warehouse, and/or distribution environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands or finger to, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely
  • Must be able to wear PPE, including a respiratory intermittently
  • Must be comfortable climbing and standing on a ladder and/or working platform
  • Must have close vision, distant vision, ability to adjust focus, peripheral and color vision
  • Ability to work in and thrive in a sometimes-chaotic startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
