As a Bud Hut Budtender, you are responsible for creating an excellent in-store experience for all customers.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive experiences for a wide range of cannabis consumers, as well as providing support to the inventory department. Bud Hut is looking for a candidate with i502 experience, incredible communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service.
You are responsible for greeting customers, creating a friendly and welcoming environment, answering questions, helping guests, restocking products, taking in vendor deliveries, and completing sales transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in a store culture of positivity and knowledgeable team members
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Maintain compliance of all company policies and operating procedures
- Accurately perform customer transactions and inventory traceability
- Participate in all manners of store cleanliness and house-keeping
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding cannabis and cannabis related products
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older and have a valid form of identification
- Must be compliant with WSLCB laws and regulations at all times on property
- i502 Retail Experience
- Superior communication skills
- Positive attitude and desire to be part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
- Must be reliable and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights
