EZ Hire Cannabis seeks Business Development Manager in Seattle

EZ Hire Cannabis is building the gateway for employment in the cannabis industry. This role is a front-line opportunity to connect cannabis businesses owners with a revolutionary platform that saves them time, money, and helps them build a better culture.

The role will consist of:

  • Identifying and prospecting into cannabis businesses within defined target markets
  • Presenting the EzHire platform and selling it’s value
  • Earning commission for closing new business onto the platform.
  • Providing real-time feedback on your conversations and the market response
  • Utilizing HubSpot CRM to log ALL activity.
  • Hitting assigned Activity and Revenue targets
  • Working directly with the founders to learn and improve your sales skills.

About You

  • First and foremost, you are outgoing and human.
  • You are a self-starter – comfortable taking direction and running with it. Mistakes are part of the learning process
  • You have a desire to work in the fastest growing industry in the country – the cannabis industry is growing and will continue to grow despite global economic challenges
  • You’re not afraid of a challenge and changing tasks/focus – you will be working closely with our founders as we bring the solution to market.

EzHire Cannabis is the first and only career engagement platform for the cannabis industry. EzHire hosts the world’s largest database of cannabis candidate profiles. The platform will allow Partner Businesses to search through a candidate database based on specific criteria. Partner Businesses are then able to connect directly with top industry talent. Partner Businesses that subscribe will receive an array of benefits including: database access, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, a Learning Center with video lessons on business practices, and flat-rate placement fees.

EzHire coaches candidates through an intuitive video interview process which allows them to showcase their personal brand. This process changes the landscape for cannabis.

Pay: $800.00 per month
