Afterglow is an I-502 Tier 3 Cannabis Producer / Processor located in Arlington, WA. We are looking for hard-working, reliable, self-driven individuals, with good communication skills, who like working within a team environment to accomplish daily goals to join our Harvest and Processing Team. We are seeking full time (M-F) Employees between the hours of 6:55 am – 3:45 pm. Must be flexible to work late and on weekends occasionally depending on crop harvest cycles.

Requirements:

• Must currently be 21+ per WA State law to interview.
• Must be self-motivated, highly energetic & detail-oriented.
• Must bring a positive attitude and professionalism every day.
• Experience in trimming or packaging preferred but not required.
• Must have basic cannabis knowledge with the ability to perform quality inspections
• Must have the ability to stand/sit for a full shift with minimal breaks.
• Must be able to carry 30 pounds up and down stairs without issues.
• Ability to work well with others in a cohesive team environment.
• Must observe Social Distancing and COVID-19 related procedures.
• Must have valid Drivers License and reliable daily transportation.
• Must have an outstanding work ethic and strive to be on time every day.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.

Daily activities may include, but are not limited to; Cannabis fine trimming, cutting down dry flower, shucking flower from stem, cleaning of facility/work areas and tools.

Each Trimmer is required to meet a production quota each week in order to stay with the organization post ramp up period. Efficiency and productivity are measured frequently.

You will be doing redundant activities every day, so the ability to stay focused and work quickly while doing an unchanging and recurring job is essential.
