We are currently hiring FULL-TIME Sales Manager for Sparket in Port Angeles, WA

Must-have Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Retail Sales Management experience
  • Cannabis knowledge or experience
  • Responsible and accountable

About the position: This is a serious job; professionalism is of the utmost importance to Sparket. We have very high standards for customer service, timeliness, willingness to listen and learn, and flexibility. We expect our sales team to set the bar for customer care and cannabis knowledge in this industry. This is a fast-paced environment that requires you to balance multiple tasks at once.

We are looking for an energetic sales manager with a positive attitude to lead our budtender crew, create and organize sales and social media while maintaining our exceptional customer service.

Must be willing to always learn new information and be able to pass this knowledge on to the sales team.
Be a team player and be able to work individually to assist the GM with store efficiency and organization. Be able to monitor crew performance and accountability and have a critical eye for product presentation.

Be able to stay compliant with all WSLCB and Sparket Corp rules and regulations.

Must have an open schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Candidate should have prior proven sales experience with references.

Typical duties include: Educating and driving the sales team, merchandise presentation and awareness, inventory monitoring, engaging with customers, learning about cannabis product, answering phone and cash handling,

The candidate must be competent with the use of Word, Excel and POS systems, have a positive influence on the staff to create an upbeat, organized environment for the sales team and monitor sales data performance. Must have good communication skills to direct sales team and interact with customers.
