· Hand trimming a variety of different cannabis strains

· Ability to meet set trimming pars on a daily/weekly basis.

· Reporting & submitting accurate Trim Logs

· Accurately weighing flower products

· Following inventory processes and material handling protocols

· Following all compliance requirements

· Maintaining cleanliness of trim room and all tools

· Willingness to assist in other areas of the operation

Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED, required, Preferred cannabis/502 experience but not required to apply

Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age

· Clean Background Check

· High school diploma or GED, required

· Reliable – Has Driver’s License and Transportation

· Great attitude

· Ability to manicure flowers with speed and precision

· Attention to detail

· Works well in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Maintains a clean and organized work environment

· Contributes to a positive work environment

· Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

· Ability to lift 40 or more pounds repeatedly

· Ability to go up and down stairs repeatedly

· Maintain compliance with all WSLCB and company policies and procedures

· Ability to follow directions, learn, and grow

· Passion for quality cannabis

· Basic Math Skills

Pay: $13.50 – $15.00 per hour
