Afterglow Enterprises is a I-502 Tier 3 Cannabis Producer/ Processor located in Arlington, WA. Currently Hiring Members to join our Processing Team for Immediate Start. Looking for Full-Time Monday- Friday Schedule between the hours of 6:55 am- 3:45 pm. Open to being flexible to work Weekends Depending on Crop Harvest cycle changes.

Requirements:

• 21+ per WA State Law.
• Motivated, Highly Energetic & Detail oriented.
• Self-motivated, Positive Attitude, and Professionalism
• Ability to be on time every day
• Experience is not Required but Preferred.
• Ability to Stand/Sit for the entirety of the shift
• Ability to work well with others (Social Distancing and Detailed Cleaning Procedures are in place)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check.

Each Trimmer will be Required to meet a Production Quota each week in order to stay with the Company to ensure Productivity remains in place.

You will be doing the same thing every day so the ability to stay focused and Work Quickly while doing an Unchanging and Recurring Job is Essential.
