We are a business to business wholesale supplier of packaging and equipment for the Cannabis, Hemp, Wine, Beer, Spirits and Agriculture markets. The Account Manager, requires an organized sales process, incredible attention to detail, a go-getter mindset partnered with an entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, this role requires is a dynamic team player who collaborates well with a team, but also has the focus to operate independently. This allows innovation in approach, but also determination in pursuit of reaching individual goals. Travel is necessary and required.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize and maintain company’s CRM system
• Contacting leads via in-person, email and phone
• Assist in identifying new opportunities within territories
• Prepare written/oral proposals to both customers and upper-level management
• Develop and maintain long-term, lasting relationships with customers
• Sell core products from available inventory
• Process orders
• Optimize logistics to best serve customers
• Manage flow of sales funnel

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years in a direct sales position
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office in a professional setting
• 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or any other CRM system
• Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited four-year university
• Direct experience within the cannabis/hemp industry
• Understanding of 502 regulations under law of Washington State
