Lester Farms is a licensed I502 tier 2 Cannabis Producer / Processor in need of full time members to join our processing team. We are looking for positive candidates that are reliable, self motivated, work well with others, willing to learn, flexible and take direction well. Our ideal candidates are punctual, familiar with the cannabis industry, have experience in trimming packaging, and order fulfillment., works and communicates well with others and, has great attention to detail while being efficient with time. This position is 36 to 40 hrs a week.
Job Description/Duties:
- Bucking/Milking dried flower off of stalk for storage
- Trimming, weighing, and packaging dried flower.
- Building orders for delivery to retail and wholesale clients
- Working with team to maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment.
- Maintaining and adhering to company protocols and i-502 laws.
Requirements:
– Must be 21+ years old.
– Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
– Must have reliable transportation.
– Must live within an hour away from Raymond, WA.
– Must have cannabis trimming experience.
– Must be able to pass a criminal background check (Applicants will not be immediately disqualified for having a criminal record)
