Terpene Transit seeks Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative in Bellingham

Terpene Transit is a third party logistics service specializing in the transportation of cannabis products in Washington State. Our service provides clients with secure, dependable and timely transport of all legal cannabis and cannabis products. We are looking for motivated people, who are customer service oriented with a desire to learn about the forever evolving 502/Marijuana Industry. Dispatch experience is required and customer relations is preferred.

This position is full time with 40 hrs/wk.


-Schedule orders from clients based on availability

-Adhere to strict scheduling and order entry procedures

-Work with our dispatch team to learn nuances of our clients needs

-Learn various pricing structures that we offer and consistently apply them upon order intake

-Handle driver issues that come up while they are on the road

-Be able to work alone with emphasis on swing shift

-Have a strong work ethic


-AGE 25+ is a must.

-Be able to handle incoming orders/driver requests while juggling order entry

-Be organized and task oriented

-Keep clear, organized notes about phone conversations

-G Suite experience is a big plus

-Type at a minimum 30 words/minute

-Professional phone etiquette is required

-At least 1 year minimum dispatch experience

Knowledge of Washington State, and it’s roads, in addition to dispatch experience may get you an immediate interview

Typical starting pay; during 3 month on boarding is 13.50-14.50/hr based on prior experience. A review at 3 months and/or after probationary/training period is completed is standard.

Salary: $13.50 to $14.50 /hour

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
