Bud Hut seeks closing Budtender in Everett

As a Bud Hut Budtender, you are responsible for creating an excellent in-store experience for all customers.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring positive experiences for a wide range of cannabis consumers, as well as providing support to the inventory department. Bud Hut is looking for a candidate with incredible communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service.

You are responsible for greeting customers, creating a friendly and welcoming environment, answering questions, helping guests, restocking products, taking in vendor deliveries, and completing sales transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in a store culture of positivity and knowledgeable team members
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain compliance of all company policies and operating procedures
  • Accurately perform customer transactions and inventory traceability
  • Participate in all manners of store cleanliness and house-keeping
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding cannabis and cannabis related products
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older and have a valid form of identification
  • Must be compliant with WSLCB laws and regulations at all times on property
  • i502 Retail Experience
  • Superior communication skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to be part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
  • Must be reliable and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.50 to $15.00 /hour
