White Star is looking for an energetic individual with a passion for cannabis and teamwork to join our incredible team! This position is for all things post production; Harvesting, Bucking, Trimming, Sorting and Packaging. Will lead a team of 5-10 employees. Must be able to motivate staff, meet production goals, communicate issues to the owner, create policies and procedures and drive production. As the processing manager you will create manifests, invoices, manage orders, manage personnel (hire and fire) as well as work with the testing lab Must maintain a clean work environment and be a team player keeping drama to a minimum. Schedule is 4 10hr shifts, 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs.
