Evergreen Herbal seeks Outside Sales Representative in Olympia

Our continued growth creates new opportunities for the right person as we seek to fill an Outside Sales Representative role to help us continue to drive sales in Southwest Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with existing clients, developing new business, prospecting, interfacing at events, and maintaining performance quotas each month. The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets within the Washington State cannabis industry. Role and Responsibilities

· Manage a book of business that includes existing clients and new prospects

· Utilize industry available resources to network and grow brand presence

· Collaborate within a tight knit squad to implement marketing assets and educational strategy

· Attend industry trade shows and represent our brands to the cannabis community


· Strong organizational and communication skill; multitasking ability

· Experience with CRM, social media, and relevant industry software

· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· 3 year sales experience (Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales)

· Successful track record of exceeding expectations and quota (monthly, quarterly and annually)

Must have

· Clean driving record

· Reliable transportation

· The ability to attend events up to 4 times per month in the evenings or weekend
