Kushman’s in Everett is searching for a Shift Lead to join our team!

The Shift Lead is third in line to the store management. This position is a manager-in-training position. It is expected that the person in this position demonstrates good decision-making capabilities, is punctual, reliable and highly dependable. The shift lead is someone that the staff can go to outside of the core management teams for questions, concerns and general guidance. The shift lead should generally have open availability and be able to work any shift as well as cover shifts for sick calls and no-shows. The shift lead should have a desire to grow with Kushman’s be dedicated to the success of the business and coworkers.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce all WLCCB WAC laws are followed at all times
  • Ensure all ID’s are checked before customers are shown product
  • Open and close the store on time
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with quality work
  • Delegate daily and weekly tasks to coworkers appropriately
  • Ensure a clean store environment for customers and staff
  • Handle customer issues
  • Escalate customer and staff issues to management appropriately
  • Ensure proper inventory management
  • Assist in training and developing staff
  • End tills and cash handling responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-year I502 or medical industry experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Ability to open and close the store
  • Ability to stand 8 or more hours
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Good-decision-making capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.50 to $15.00 /hour

Experience:

  • management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Shifts:

  • Evening (Preferred)
