New Leaf Enterprises seeks Brand Ambassador/Cannabis Delivery Driver in Seattle

Here’s what we’re looking for (please include your Cover Letter and Resume if you want to be seriously considered):


  • Representing our brands while maintaining our core values and service level agreements as well as cultivating a positive, synergistic and cooperative brand image within the marketplace
  • Driving/delivering products to the stores
  • Setting up sample drops with new and existing partners in order to generate new leads and expand products within existing partners
  • Setting up and executing Vendor/Educational days with retail partners
  • Training retail partner staff on products and provide sales support
  • Support sales and promotion of our brands and products
  • Must acquire a strong familiarity with the company’s products, mission and values in order to communicate them to customers and be a subject matter expert
  • Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products
  • Identify and sustain key merchandising opportunities for accounts with dominant product placements and displays; ensuring execution and alignment with all sales programs
  • Log and maintain all applicable notes, reports, and records


  • Minimum 1+ year of Brand Ambassador experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 1+ year of Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 1+ year of Cannabis experience (preferred)


Minimum 1+ year of WA I-502 Cannabis Sales experience (preferred)

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
  • Experience with sales management or CRM software (preferred)


  • Must be 21 years or older and have reliable transportation


Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and the ability to drive for long distances

  • Ability to work 32-40 hrs per week with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday
  • Excellent influential, collaborative, and relationship building skills
  • Must be outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers and clients
  • Must have excellent attendance and professionalism
  • Must be able to learn, retain and convey information about the company products
  • Previous cannabis industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in WA licensed facilities
  • Must be a team player with a strong spirit of cooperation and ability to communicate
  • Must be Detail-Oriented. We’re in a highly-regulated industry and getting things right is essential
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges).
  • Requires ability to lift, walk, stoop, bend, reach, extend, and crouch and lift up to 40 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
