The Happy Crop Shoppe seeks part-time Social Media Coordinator/Budtender in Wenatchee

The Happy Crop Shoppe is seeking enthusiastic, personable Social Media Coordinator Budtender who can use their extensive cannabis product knowledge to guide customers to the appropriate medical or recreational product and provide impeccable customer service while complying with all regulations. Social Media Coordinator Budtender must provide customers with prompt service and quality products while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
  • Answer customer questions and concerns
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Ensure compliance in all transactions
  • Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  • Collaborate with Managers and Owners
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
  • In-depth knowledge of all products carried in store
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Must pass all required background checks
  • 2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.50 to $15.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Consultative Selling: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Social Media Coordinator or similar role: 2 years (Required)
  • Cash Handling: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
