A successful I-502 recreational marijuana company located in Arlington is seeking 2 F/T Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver is responsible for checking, loading, delivery and unloading of product orders to retail customers; operating company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner; receiving accurate payment for deliveries and obtaining proper documentation for transportation of cannabis product in compliance with Washington State regulations. Delivery route includes retail stores in all of Western Washington.

Additional responsibilities while not delivering orders will include providing assistance with flower harvest and packaging of CO2 oil products.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
*Valid Washington State Driver’s License, a verifiable clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check
*Previous experience as a delivery driver required
*Excellent customer service skills
*Attention to detail and ability to accurately count money
*Positive, can-do attitude and strong team player
*Able to handle independent and broad tasks with minimal supervision
*Must be flexible and able to adjust to change
*Present a clean, professional and positive image and appearance
*Punctual, reliable attendance and dependable in delivering results
*Basic skills in the use of computer software such as Excel and Word
*Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours per day
*Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis
*Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with state regulations
*Reliable transportation to and from work. Company is not located on a bus line

WORK HOURS Work Hours are typically Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Actual work hours each day will vary but is full-time. Occasional weekend hours may be required to meet business needs.

COMPENSATION $15.00 per hour to start. Wage will increase to $15.50 per hour after 90 day probationary period. 1 week of paid vacation per year, 8 paid holidays and health insurance reimbursement contribution for qualified employees
