Seven Hills Farms operates all year round, and are continuing operating full time as an essential business in compliance with the state guidelines. All applicants must be free of any cold/flu/corona virus related symptoms for the last three weeks.

We need a few great new team members to join us for our post production team. You will start in trimming and packaging for training, once you are able to hit the performance standards in that area you will be able to help in other areas like joints and labels. So you must be adaptable to changing work roles within those areas of post production as needed. You must be fast with your hands, and able to make quick decisions on product quality. All work is individually tracked to hit quality and quantity standards. No experience is required, We will provide training.

Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a team player are essential in this position.

Requirements:
1. At least 21 years old.
2. Drug Free Workplace
3. Pass a background check.
4. Reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of Malaga, WA.
5. Standard Hours M-F 7am-4pm, however additional work hours will be mandated and required in addition to these standard hours based on the workload of the farm.

Duties:
You will do small tasks repeatedly such as using scissors to trim buds, using scales to weigh and package manicured bud. As needed you will also help with applying stickers to jars, tubes and bags. Heat sealing. Grinding, bouncing, scaling, tubing joints. Or any other tasks needed in support of post production as needed. Must be adaptable to work in different roles.
Ability to sit in one spot for 8 hours a day.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet high paced performance standards in both quality and quantity.
Must meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Clean work area.
Attention to detail.
