Noble Farms seeks Processing Associate in Tacoma

Noble Farms in Tacoma, WA is looking for an Associate on our Processing Team who can help us right away in fulfilling orders and trim & package cannabis flower.

The ideal candidate is proficient, punctual, precise & pleasant to be around.

In this role you will both assist in the fulfillment of retail orders & trim cannabis plant flower as needed. Tasks include verifying & entering information into our traceability system (Cultivera), printing and applying labels, verifying counts, packing orders. You will also be asked to periodically trim cannabis plant flower, buck flower off dried plants and/or packaging final product for retail distribution. Lastly, you will be responsible for maintaining and following Noble Farms policies & procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Use computer programs proficiently: Cultivera, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, others as pertinent.
  • Hands on experience with Cultivera or another WA i502 traceability program (i.e. GrowFlow) is required
  • Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements and basic arithmetic
  • Demonstrate ability to reliably & efficiently count quantities of material & accurately differentiate alphanumeric codes
  • Accurately enter information related to the amount of usable & unusable material for each plant/batch/lot/order
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product
  • Remove flower off dried plants quickly & efficiently
  • Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming or labeling
  • Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols and work schedules
  • Operate with integrity and honesty

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be 21 + years of age
  • Reliable & punctual
  • Basic mathematics, weights and measurement skills & ability to operate a scale
  • Demonstrate ability to reliably & efficiently count quantities of material & accurately differentiate alphanumeric codes
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and forearm movements for extended periods of time
  • Must show accuracy and consistency while trimming and weighing product
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to focus on a task for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Excellent organizational, communication language, and reasoning skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a very fast paced environment
  • Experience in the legal cannabis growing, cultivating, and trimming industry preferred.
  • Hands on experience with Cultivera or another WA i502 traceability system (i.e. GrowFlow) is REQUIRED.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
