One of the largest and fastest growing cannabis producer in Washington is looking for energetic, well-organized and highly motivated team player to join our company.

A successful candidate will be working directly with Head of Sales and the CEO and will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships and keeping all the internal reporting systems up to date,

Responsibilities:

• Packaging and labeling
• Weighing product with attention and accuracy
• Ensures Inventory is accurate and bar coded correctly
• Basic equipment use, calibration, inspections and maintenance
• Abide by Washington State cannabis laws and regulations
• Maintains a clean and organized work space
• Keeps up to date inventory tracking spreadsheets
• Communicates with the team. Assists with loading inventory to prepare for delivery, departure
• Performs quality control checks on all labels printed and applied to products
• Ensures work area is stocked. Writing labels for delivery & checking labels for accuracy
• Perform data entry which includes weights, strains, notes, etc.
• Ensures Inventory is accurate and bar coded correctly
• Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned
• Work independently and with the team
• Able to routinely sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend during work period
• Position requires the occasional lifting of objects in excess of 30 lbs

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
Bachelor Degree and strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
2-3 years experience in customer service areas
Strong focus on details
Excellent communications skills, ability to work with customers
Clean record and passing all requirements of WLCB

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour
