This position may includes but is not limited to the following duties
Processing cannabis material at various stages (Plants, Wet, Dry, Cure)
Setting up grow rooms, cleaning and preparing rooms for plants, moving plants
Cloning, Transplanting, Watering, Pruning,
Harvesting plants, Hanging, Arranging
Trimming, Sorting, Long term storage
Weighing, Packaging, and preparing and building packaging for finished goods including applying stickers, sealing containers, packing and checking orders for transport.
Assist to ensure the organization and cleanliness of all work areas and tools
Meet all schedules and time requirements for assigned tasks
Follow all policies, processes and safety procedures
Unloading/loading vehicles, traveling to and from farms
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Washington Driver’s License/ID Card
Must be on time and reliable
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass background check
Professional appearance and proper hygiene
Comfortable/ability to work in cold/hot environment (Depending on job assignment)
Must be able to work physically hard, constant bending and lifting up to 50lbs
Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be motivated and hard working
Meticulous and organized in performing duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $13.50 to $16.00 /hour
