Chateau Cannabis seeks Inside Sales Representative in Seattle

Chateau Cannabis is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Inside Sales Representative to work with our team in Seattle. We’re seeking a self-motivated professional with 1-2 years’ experience and an solid track record in sales. This is a contract position with a possibility of being hired directly after a 90 day trial period.

The Inside Sales Representative’s main duties include prospecting and closing sales with existing or newly developed customers. This position will also be required to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as established by the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid sales strategy to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • At least 50% of the time will be spent outside of the office prospecting, working trade shows and meeting with customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a sales representative
  • Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Cannabis experience a plus, not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
