Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-store product demonstrations at select locations, Special Event Marketing, and serve as primary educators of the products; must acquire a strong familiarity with the company’s products, mission and values in order to communicate them to customers.
Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products (actual product usage is not required)
Job Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be punctual and highly detail oriented.
Experience in customer service and/or hospitality strongly preferred.
Must be able to learn, retain and convey information about the company products.
Must be outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers and clients.
Must have confidence and the ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and customers.
Should be familiar with popular social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
Budtender/cannabis experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
May need to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Free to work evenings or weekends. Ability to stand for 2-4 hour shifts
