Cannabis Provisions is a Recreational cannabis retailer (with Medical Marijuana background) looking for people to fill the positions of Budtender/ Cashier.

Must be willing to work positively with fellow team members and customers with colorful personalities, responsible, a self-starter, outgoing, friendly, dedicated, positive-minded and a Cannabis knowledgeable individual or eager and excited to learn.

You must have sales and cash register experience with strong customer relations and sales skills to qualify for a budtender position.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Operate P.O.S accurately and efficiently

-ALWAYS check ID’s per I502 law and regulation.

-Maintain knowledge of State and Federal Laws that are pertinent to industry.

-Dispense marijuana and marijuana-related products accurately

-Follow proper inventory and cash handling procedures

-Follow all regulations in regards to cannabis sales and tracking

-Keeping displays filled and beautiful

-General housecleaning

-Educating customers on marijuana products and paraphernalia

-Ability to work in either fast or slower paced work environments- Maintaining the store’s reputation for outstanding customer service

-Compliance with WSLCB and DOH rules for ID checking-Greet customers cheerfully, announce store specials and offer menus

-Following security protocols

-Must able to work independently and be self motivated

-Self Focused

Qualifications and Skills

-21+ with a valid ID

-Reliable transportation (must have valid drivers license)

-Pass background check/drug test (excluding marijuana)

-Minimum 2 years cash handling experience (Within past three years)

-Prefer high volume experience

-Former experience in the cannabis industry or adequate knowledge of products is a plus, but not necessary if you can prove your ability to learn

-Previous Customers service experience and sales experience is a must

Shifts are all across the board from 10am (open) to 10:00pm (close) Mon-Fri., with shift lengths between 4-6 hours.

We’d prefer someone with open availability but will make it work for the right applicant.
