Afteglow Enterprises is a I-502 Tier 3 cannabis producer/processor located in Arlington, WA.

Currently hiring members to join our processing team for immediate start.

Looking for full-time M-F schedule employees between the hours of 7am-4pm.

Open to being flexible to work weekends depending on crop harvest cycle changes.

• 21+ in age per WA state law.
• Can come in with a VERY open mind, ready to listen and learn our processes.
• Motivated, highly energetic & detail oriented.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude is a MUST & professional (must be on time.)
• Experience is not required but helpful; compensation will be based on the quality and speed of the work you accomplish.
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time & work well with our team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Each trimmer will be required to meet a production quota each week in order to stay with the company to ensure productivity.

Trimmers will be using scissors to manicure cannabis flowers; quotas are realistic and based on the weight of the product properly trimmed.

You will be doing the same thing every day so the ability to stay focused and work quickly while staying on task is essential.

Trimming is one of the most important areas of the business and needs to be taken seriously, failure to efficiently trim product to our high standards will result in termination from the company.
