Pacific Growth Capital is a three-year old tech-driven financial services company addressing the needs of the rapidly growing cannabis industry.
Our leadership team comes out of entrepreneurial, early stage growth and tech backgrounds, with several successful exits.
We have been a platform for cannabis businesses to raise millions of dollars and have an expanding professional services revenue stream, with an online presence and an emerging advertising/sponsorship model.
Revenues have tripled over the past three years.
We’re seeking an experienced, proven leader to help drive our expansion into big data for cannabis financing, build out multiple new revenue streams and help us create a high performing organization.
Our plan is to seek an exit within the next 3-5 years.
Candidates for this position should have a demonstrated track record of success in tech, financial services and/or early stage growth.
Qualified candidates will also have the following characteristics:

College degree or equivalent
The COO will be invited to invest a low-to-mid-six-figure amount of capital into the business at current valuation levels. Our preference is that the COO hold a meaningful equity stake and have a founder’s sense of commitment to our shared success.
