Are you good with plants?

Tacoma-based Tier-2 grow facility is seeking a hard-working, fast-learning, detail-oriented assistant grower to help us produce high quality cannabis flower.

Fast hands, a clear head and a love of hard work are the marks of a successful candidate.

You will be expected to learn our specific growing methods. Work ethic, intelligence, problem-solving and a positive, consistent attitude matter more to us than experience, although any hands-on plant nursery, gardening, and farming experience is a plus.

We do not work high nor smoke on the job.

This is a full-time position with potential for advancement.

Reliable transportation and a Pierce County address is a must.
