Have a Heart is the fastest-growing cannabis retailer on the west coast with operating stores in WA, CA, and IA, and further launch plans underway.

We are currently seeking a Budback to join our Skyway shop.

The Budback is responsible for filling orders provided by the inventory coordinator and assisting guests as needed.

Budbacks prepare orders for in store and online orders.

Budbacks will ensure overall compliance with compliance guidelines related to inventory management, sales operations, and any other applicable area of the operation from front to back of house.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least one (1) year of retail, hospitality or other customer service-focused industry experience.
• Experience working in cannabis a plus!
• High degree of detail orientation and a proven track record of working within strict compliance requirements
• Open schedule availability
• A friendly, team-oriented and “can-do” attitude
• Experience as a Budback is highly desired

This is a part-time position that may require a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on business need.
