Zen Business Solutions is looking for the right candidate to fill a position in an I-502 recreational cannabis facility.

Our ideal person has incredible work ethic, is self-motivated, intuitive, excellent at time-management and communication, follows directions well, is dependable and reliable.

Someone who can be flexible with direction and work on a diverse array of tasks.

Minimum age of 21 is required.

You will be expected to perform daily tasks set forth by the Garden Management to maintain plant health and rotations throughout plant life cycles.

You will complete all major labor movements such as transplanting, harvesting, tagging, trellising, lowers, cloning, and cleaning in addition to non-technical general plant maintenance, and additional job duties as required.

The starting wage for an employee with no or little experience is $14/hr.

The starting wage for an employee with verifiable minimum 1yr working with plants in the cannabis industry is $15/hr.

Experience isn’t required, but hustle, self motivation, and positive attitude are.

You will be expected to learn fast and keep pace with experienced garden techs by the end of your probationary period (90 days).
