BMB, LLC seek part-time Office Assistant/Secretary

Small Cannabis business looking for secretary to assist with admin tasks.

Task will include but are not limited to paying bills,running errands, picking up supplies and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Monday thru Thursday or Friday depending on workload, 7:30am to 11 or 12 pm or whenever done with tasks for that day.

Must have flexible schedule.

Must be 21 years old to apply by law.

Must be experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.

10 to 20 hours a week depending on workload. Must be flexible.

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to use vehicle to pick up supplies, competitive mileage reimbursement program.


Job consists of paying bills, preparing payrolls, ordering supplies, organization and cleaning projects and preparing budgets.

Other duties include reconciling QuickBooks, and participating in weekly team meetings.

  • Pay Bills As Due
  • Quarterly Budget

Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 /hour
