Workplace Solutions seeks Cannabis Inventory Control Manager in Seattle

The Inventory Control Manager maintains full operational responsibility for all inventory tracking, returns and compliance operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • They must provide solid dependability, attention to detail, and inventory accuracy.
  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic distribution environment is required.
  • Must exhibit exceptional organizational and self management skills.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to complete inventory audits weekly with accuracy and on-time.
  • A strong internal and external vendor communication capability.
  • Consistency and reliability in weekly processes.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage vendor relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost control, service, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, safety & compliance.
  • Responsible for achieving efficiency and production objectives consistent with quality requirements.
  • Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner.
  • Manage and develop systems, processes and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Proficient in Office software systems and how they relate to inventory control and accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of inventory management experience.
  • Some experience in Greenbits software.
  • Proven proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations to all levels Key Attributes:
  • Coaching skills/developmental planning skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of distribution operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of WSLCB rules and guidelines.
  • Disciplined independent style of self management.
  • Analytical problem solver.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrate influential leadership skills.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
