Understand your human endocannabinoid system at the VIMEA September meeting and much more

The Vashon Island Marijuana Enthusiasts Alliance (VIMEA) is holding their September meeting on Thursday, September 19th at 7 p.m. at Vashon Island Grange Hall (located in the north end ferry parking lot at 10365 SW Cowan Road), which can be easily accessed via the walk-on ferry from West Seattle.

September brings a special guest speaker, Zoe Sigman from projectcbd.org, who will explain the what the human endocannabinoid system is, how it functions, what it can do for us as well as answer questions.

According to the projectcbd.org website, Zoe Sigman is the Program Director for Project CBD as well as the Science Editor for and occasional contributor to Broccoli Magazine. She has built out educational content focusing on scientific information about cannabis for organizations like Farma and Groundworks Industries, Phylos Bioscience, Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU), and Hudson Hemp, and regularly speaks about cannabis and cannabis science.

This is a free event where all are welcome (donations are appreciated) with some exciting door prizes.
