Rainier Recruiting seeks Sales Executive of Cannabis Technology in Seattle

Rainier Recruiting is partnering with an VC-funded start-up in the fast-growing cannabis technology space.

We are looking for sharp sales reps, with a previous track record of success in inside sales and an understanding of the cannabis industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research and identify key prospects in your target market
  • Conduct outbound reach out including cold-calling, email campaigns, and social media networking
  • Some travel to farms required
  • Liaise with the key stake holders from lead generation until close
  • Stay up to date on market trends in the cannabis industry
  • Resolve any issues arising between customers and onboard team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in b2b inside sales preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great motivational and communication skills
  • “Hunting” business development mindset, willingness to prospect for new business
