American Mary is a Seattle based recreational and medical marijuana retailer looking for full time or part time bud-tenders to join our team.

We are less of an easy-going dispensary and more of an ambitious startup company looking to get ahead in the market and grow with additional stores.

We are looking for serious, responsible, and motivated people that will move up with the company and take on more responsibility when needed, with bigger opportunities, and pay, down the road.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN MARIJUANA INDUSTRY **NO EXCEPTIONS**
• 2+ Years Cash Handling
• 2+ Years Retail Sales
• Reliable Transportation

• 21+ with Valid ID
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with attentiveness and urgency

Job Duties:

• Operate a P.O.S. accurately and efficiently
• Check ID’s accurately per WSLCB standards
• Maintain knowledge of State and Federal Laws pertaining to cannabis.
• Maintain stores reputation for customer service and product knowledge
• Remain courteous and uphold professional standards during customer interactions
• Dispense cannabis and cannabis-related products accurately
• Willingness to build knowledge specific to products we carry
• Educating customers on cannabis products and paraphernalia
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Keeping displays looking nice and organized
• Maintaining stock on floor
• General cleaning tasks

Pay Frequency:

• 1st and 15th of each month

Typical Start Time:

• 8:45am -10am or 3-4pm
