Sweet Jane is an established Recreational/Medical Marijuana retailer in the Gig Harbor Area. We are seeking a Sales Associate / Security Person to join our team.

Our mission is to offer great customer service and high quality products at competitive prices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years Customer Service or sales experience required
Strong work ethic
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have clean criminal history
Marijuana industry experience a plus but not required
Outgoing Personality
Must have reliable transportation
Must work well with others
Strong Communication Skills
Attention to detail and mathematical skills
Must be a team player

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of all State and Federal Marijuana Laws
Educate customers on our products
Operate a POS system
Handle Cash & Manage Inventory
Greet customers
Provide outstanding customer Service
Perform all opening and closing duties
Have a positive attitude
Maintain a clean work area
No Marijuana consumption permitted on the job

Compensation
hourly plus tip share
